Intensive executive training for members of the Secretariat of National Trade Facilitation Committees of Southern Africa

The Intensive executive training for members of the NTFC Secretariat aims at reinforcing the capacities of officials in charge of the National Trade Facilitation Committee.

By the end of the executive training, chairpersons and members of the NTFC Secretariat of the listed countries below will have acquired skills to:

• Effectively run and chair an NTFC
• Draft a resource mobilization strategy
• Monitor and Evaluate trade facilitation initiative
• Use the Reform Tracker* to its full potential

Additionally, during the training session, the different national teams will:

• Draft or update Secretariat Terms of Reference and a secretariat action plan for 2023-2025
• Exchange best practices with other countries in the region
