  • Use/wield the new version of the Reform Tracker to its full potential
  • Effectively run and chair a TFC
  • Draft a Trade Facilitation Roadmap
  • Monitor and Evaluate trade facilitation reforms and initiatives

The new Reform Tracker features updates aimed at improving information architecture, communication, and monitoring capabilities and providing better progress tracking statistics. The main changes include a fresh design, a flexible planning approach for creating multiple clusters of reforms with controlled access rights, a new M&E functionality for tracking progress with key performance indicators, a dedicated NTFC website section and resource page, and the ability for users to mark reforms as favorites.

The session exercises will go over essential enhancements to the Reform Tracker and offer users a practical, interactive learning opportunity.
