The Namibia Trade Facilitation Roadmap Workshop is a three-day interactive event in Namibia. The primary goal is to draft a robust Trade Facilitation Roadmap for Namibia, supported by key performance indicators (KPIs) to be monitored through the Reform Tracker. The workshop also aims to train Namibian trade facilitation stakeholders in effective planning and monitoring techniques, ensuring they can utilize tools like the Reform Tracker for implementation and oversight.
The workshop methodology emphasizes hands-on participation, blending training sessions with collaborative drafting activities. Over the three days, participants, including NTFC members and technical staff, will establish baseline data, define a vision, set goals, draft activities, and build a governance structure for the Roadmap. The program includes sessions on monitoring, evaluation, and addressing risks and assumptions.
