The Honorable Mia Amor Mottley, Prime Minister of Barbados, and Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi, Secretary-General of UNCTAD, will sign the host country agreement for UNCTAD’s 15th quadrennial conference, set to take place in Barbados in 2021.
The ceremony will be held virtually through WebEx and streamed live on Facebook.
The quadrennial conference is the highest decision-making body of UNCTAD, at which member states assess pressing trade and development issues and formulate global policy responses.
