This workshop is scheduled to take place from 14 to 16 January 2025, in Cairo, aims to equip participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and utilizing the Trade Information Portal (TIP). 

The workshop, organized by UNCTAD in collaboration with local authorities, will focus on understanding the structure and methodology of the TIP, mapping import and export procedures, and populating the TIP database. It will also provide an opportunity for participants to review the content of the Business Process Analysis (BPA) online course and apply it to real-world scenarios, such as handling trade procedures for specific goods like edible fruits and cereals. 

By the end of the workshop, participants will gain insights into improving trade facilitation and have clear follow-up actions to implement.
