Within the scope of its technical cooperation axis of action, UNCTAD has been developing technical assistance and institutional capacity-building activities in terms of Competition and Consumer Protection Policies in Portuguese-speaking Developing Countries.
The second 2023 webinar on Competition Law and Policy focuses on Judicial control of competition authorities’ decisions, the relevance of economic analysis on competition law enforcement and contemporary challenges in merger control.
