Workshop for the National Trade Facilitation Committee of Cambodia and its Secretariat

This intensive executive training for members of the NTFC Secretariat of Cambodia aims at reinforcing the capacities of National Trade Facilitation officials specialized in meetings’ management and coordination, management and update of the Reform Tracker, communication and outreach, and knowledge management.

During the workshop, the participants will receive training on the use of the UNCTAD Reform Tracker, as a monitoring tool of trade facilitation reforms. Additionally, UNCTAD will organize assessment exercises to cement the transmitted knowledge.

By the end of the executive training, chairpersons, and members of the NTFC Secretariat of Cambodia will have acquired skills to:

• Effectively run and chair a NTFC;
• Use the Reform Tracker to its full potential;
• Monitor and Evaluate trade facilitation initiatives.
