Photography exhibition
Winner annoucement
Citizen, amateur, and professional photographers from around the world were invited to showcase trade’s positive impact under the conference theme, “From inequality and vulnerability to prosperity for all”. They could also draw inspiration from the following prompts:
• The human side of trade
• Making trade work for all
• The blue economy and livelihoods
• Making trade part of the climate solution
• Women in trade and development
• The power and influence of the creative economy
• Rebuilding a more equal world
• The digital economy and development
• Sustainable growth and the circular economy
• The plight and potential of small island developing states and least developed countries
The following photographers - coming from 14 countries including Bangladesh, Ethiopia, India, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Nigeria, Mali, the occupied Palestinian territory, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, Uganda, Ukraine, and the United States of America - were selected as winners.
